A ginormas sugar cookie

I wanted to share with you a yummy recipe someone graciously shared with me. This is the largest sugar cookie I have ever made. Also, I doubled the recipe below... for a larger crowd... and some to take home!



It’s a desert pizza. You will need:

1 sugar cookie mix
1 package cream cheese
1 cup sugar
Bananas
Strawberries
Chocolate syrup

First mix sugar cookie together and spread over large pizza pan.
Bake as directions require for your sugar cookie recipe.
Cool about 20 minutes.

Blend softened cream cheese with sugar.
Spread mixture over cookie.

Slice desired amount of bananas and strawberries to spread on top of cookie.

Drizzle desired amount of chocolate over cookie, but only minutes before serving.

** Recipe better if fresh (not frozen) strawberries and bananas are used.**

I used frozen slimy strawberries and after about 30 minutes the strawberries had mixed with the chocolate. It tasted good, but it looked like the bananas were old instead of covered in yummy chocolate.
