Well, Cherry Point isn't so bad. You'll have Jacksonville about 30-40 minutes southeast, which is much more of a metropolis than Havelock and even has a mall and a Starbucks! You also have New Bern about 25 minutes west (also a mall and a Starbucks...I love my Starbucks!). That is getting a litle bit better...certainly better than when I lived there from 1996-2001. It is a much slower pace of life and the beach isn't far away, either. Keep us posted!

All I can say is that it is going to be an awful long commute for Harry! =)
