Matter-of-fact Mondays

Greetings,

Matter-of-fact:

1. Had trouble sleeping after watching Lovely Bones, yet chuckled at the hilarious airline/airport quirks of Up In the Air and laughed all the way through It's Complicated.

2.  Attended 3 going away parties.... for the same person!

3.  Started read The Alchemy of Murder.  REALLY good so far... about the pioneer female journalist Nellie Bly and her undercover exposes.

4.  Decided to wait and travel with Harry back to the states for house hunting leave.  Will leave Thursday morning now.

5.  Set goal of running 2 miles a day for at least 4 days this week (actually ran today in the wind)

6.  Spent over $200 for next semesters school books... books that I will probably never read after the class is finished.

7.  Found out the new NEX opens the day we PSC and fly off the island. 

8.  Made to-die-for Chicken tortilla soup... were missing a few ingredients (hominy) but substituted with other local ingredients. 

9.  Kayne (my brother) has decided to stay on the island after we leave.... last week he was going... this week staying... maybe going again next week?

10.  Completely forgot my brother-in-laws birthday.... "Lucas I am truly sorry!"
