Greetings,
We are stateside house hunting....
1. House hunting is not as fun as I thought.
2. Harry and I have completely different tastes in homes. K-old traditional ... H- new and modern
3. The drive from North Florida to Norfolk is no joke. (bum still numb)
4. Traveling with a 5 year-old princess is tedious to say the least. (why do children need to mark their territory in every truck stop/ public place?)
5. Souda Bay Chapel in Greece flooded yesterday. Torrential rains and hail reeked havoc in the fellowship hall and sanctuary. (we always miss the excitement)
6. Forgot to buy Miss Peabody a kennel to travel to stateside in... must buy one before we leave and carry it back as luggage. (or we could leave her)
7. Met our first non-family / non-friend / non-church member blog reader.... Ms. Norris and she is a charming sophisticated Southern Belle. (and gives great directions)
8. Harry's ship is not in its Little Creek port... it left 14 Jan to go to Haiti (Harry is very disappointed?? not sure if he wanted to see it or jump on it?)
9. Have exactly 1 month to the day until our household goods are scheduled for pack out and pick up.
10. Only have house hunting on the brain at the moment... think of nothing else. Ready to find one and get a good nights sleep. Harry working on finances and not sleeping either.
Matter-of-Fact Blessings,

Good luck with the house hunting! I'll keep my fingers crossed that you find something you both like!
Good luck house hunting! It sounds like you have a crazy move ahead of you. I hope everything goes smoothly.
ok, a couple of things. i'm with you on the westover house, but i think balcony house does have some redeeming qualities like the balcony and the front porch swing! second, i just told ken about the chapel flooding and he said, oh my gosh, what happened? does she have pictures? i told him you didn't. anyway, poor chapel...hopefully PW can get it fixed!
